Patriotic Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chip


Patriotic Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips
Makes 4-6 cups
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. strawberries, diced
  • 1 lb. blueberries
  • 3 medium Gala apples, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • Fajita-size tortillas
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
  1. In a large bowl, mix the strawberries, blueberries and apples together. 
  2. Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit and mix well. {Make those babies sweat!}
  3. Let chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F.
  5. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each of the tortillas.
  6. Cut into six slices {a pizza cutter works great!} and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Serve with chilled fruit.
