Easy Refried Bean Dip


Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 oz.} can no-salt added pinto beans, rinsed
  • 1 {15 oz.} can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 2/3 cup grated cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions:
  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Combine pinto beans, refried beans, salsa, and 1/3 cup cheese in a medium saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is heated completely through and cheese is melted. {About 6-8 minutes}
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 glass baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining 1/3 cup cheese and green onions.
  6. Broil until cheese is completely melted, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
