Ingredients:
- 4 oz. (1/2 block) cream cheese
- 3/4 cup seasoned taco meat
- 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped black olives
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 5 (8 inch) flour tortillas, room temperature
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
Directions:
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in taco meat, cheese, salsa, ranch dressing, olives, and onion.
- Spread evenly over tortilla, right up to the edge.
- Sprinkle with lettuce.
- Roll up tortillas tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Unwrap and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Serve with additional salsa.
