Taco Pinwheels


Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. (1/2 block) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup seasoned taco meat
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped black olives
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 5 (8 inch) flour tortillas, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in taco meat, cheese, salsa, ranch dressing, olives, and onion.
  3. Spread evenly over tortilla, right up to the edge.
  4. Sprinkle with lettuce.
  5. Roll up tortillas tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Unwrap and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Serve with additional salsa.
